The Farm

Do you sell your flowers?

Yes we do! We offer seasonal bouquets fresh from the farm starting Mother's Day in May through Thanksgiving in October. Our bouquets are offered in our flower stand located on our farm.

When is the flower stand open?

Our flowers stand for the 2025 season is open Fridays & Saturdays from 9:30am to 6:30pm (6pm starting September). We accept pre-orders for other weekdays.

Can I purchase flowers for an event?

Absolutely! We specialize in weddings & events and would love to design florals for your event. Please reach out to us to know our availability.

Is the farm open for tours?

Our farm is located on our home property and is not open to the public. We will be offering on the farm workshops for the 2025 season where you will have the chance to tour the flower field. Sign-up to our newsletter to be notified when dates become available.

Can we come pick flowers at the farm?

We offer u-pick experiences for those who want to come pick flowers at the farm. Tickets must be purchased in advanced. For dates and availability, sign-up to our email list and follow us on social media.

Can we book a photo session at the farm?

Absolutely! Reach out to us and we'll fill you in with details about setting up a session.

Orders

Can I make changes to my order?

Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to add or remove items. If you’d like to purchase additional items, please place a new order.

Can I combine orders?

Yes! We do accept requests to combine orders. We'll combine orders being shipped to the same name and mailing address onlyEach subsequent order will incur a $5.00 handling fee.

Can I cancel my order?

All sales are final. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review their selections before completing a purchase as we are unable to accommodate cancellations. All purchases are made at the customer’s discretion, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review their order before submitting payment. By completing a transaction, you acknowledge and agree to proceed with the purchase as is. By placing an order with us, you accept and agree to this policy. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at info@fleurelleflowerfarm.ca before completing your purchase.

Can I pick-up my order at the farm?

We no longer offer local pick-up at the farm. Due to the busy nature of the season and the difficulty of accommodating a pick-up date for everyone, all orders will now be shipped.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, orders can not be returned. If you have any concerns with your order, please reach out to us. For more information, please see our refund policy and terms & conditions.

When will I receive my order?

Shipping times are listed in the product description. While we aim to ship orders out within the week it is placed, some shipments may be delayed 2 to 3 weeks after an initial sale due to the volume of orders we receive. Orders placed Friday through Sunday ship the following week. Please keep in mind that shipping times vary by location and orders can take 2 to 15 business days for delivery. To track your package, refer to the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

Do you ship internationally?

Due to export restrictions, we currently only ship throughout Canada.

When will my order ship?

Shipping times are listed in the product description. If it is not listed, items are in stock and ship Monday through Friday. While we aim to ship orders out within the week it is placed, some shipments may be delayed 2 to 3 weeks after an initial sale due to the volume of orders we receive. Orders placed Friday through Sunday ship the following week.

When do you ship dahlia tubers?

Dahlia tubers ship between mid-April and early May, once there is no longer risk of freezing temperatures.

Can I pick-up my order at the farm?

We no longer offer local pick-up at the farm. Due to the busy nature of the season and the difficulty of accommodating a pick-up date for everyone, all orders will now be shipped.

Do you ship fresh flowers?

We do not ship our fresh flowers. If you are from out of town and would like to pick-up our flowers for travel, we'd be more than happy to accommodate!

Availability

If products are marked "sold out" will they be available again?

Products marked as "sold out" will likely not be re-stocked until the following season. Please sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know about our sales!

When is your dahlia tuber sale?

Our dahlia tuber pre-orders begin in March every year. Please sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know about our sale date.

When is your flower seed sale?

When can I order ranunculus corms?

Our ranunculus corm pre-orders begin in July every year. Corms ship in October. Please sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know about our sale date.

When can I order fall bulbs?

Our tulip bulbs are offered in the fall. Please see detailed description of items for shipping dates as they vary seasonally.
