Shipping policy

Order Processing

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing on in-stock items. While we strive to ship orders within the week they are placed, shipping may be delayed by 2–3 weeks following major sales due to high order volume.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Pre-orders will begin shipping in the order received, starting on the date specified on the product page. Dahlia tuber orders ship only when weather conditions permit and there is no risk of freezing. Early shipping requests cannot be accommodated.

Local Pickup

At this time, we are no longer offering on-farm order pickup due to the demands of our busy season.

Shipping & Flat Rate Fees

Orders are generally shipped within 2–5 business days via Canada Post. Flat rate shipping fees are calculated at checkout for orders shipping within Canada.
We currently ship within Canada only and are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Shipping Rates

  • Calculated Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Flower Seeds: $16.50 flat rate shipping with tracking via Canada Post

  • Dahlia Tubers: $30 flat rate shipping with tracking via Canada Post

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time due to export restrictions.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@fleurelleflowerfarm.ca, including your order number and clear photos of the item’s condition. All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will do our best to reach a fair and satisfactory resolution.
