Refund policy

Order Inspection & Returns

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours of receipt with any concerns. You may reach us at info@fleurelleflowerfarm.ca.

If a return is approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender. Return instructions will be provided at the time of approval. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and are not eligible for a refund.
All returns are at the discretion of the seller.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us immediately if your item arrives damaged or if an incorrect item was received. We will assess the situation and make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Dahlia tubers

  • Corms

  • Bulbs

  • Seeds

  • Fresh flowers

Sale items, gift cards/certificates, bouquet subscriptions and u-pick or workshop tickets are also final sale. If you have questions or concerns about a specific product, please contact us prior to purchase.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges on any of our products.

Cancellations

All sales are final. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review their order before completing a purchase as we are unable to accommodate cancellations. All purchases are made at the customer’s discretion, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review their order before submitting payment. By placing an order and completing a transaction, you accept and agree to this policy. Refunds

Due to the perishable, living nature of our products and the many environmental factors that affect germination all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements.

In the rare case that an issue with your order is reported, your request will be reviewed and we will notify you of the approval or denial of a refund. In some cases, store credit may be issued in place of a refund. Please note that payment processing fees incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event that a refund is issued, the original shipping cost will not be included in the refunded amount.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
