A Bloom Bar is a beautiful, interactive way to bring fresh flowers into your wedding or event. We provide a curated selection of seasonal blooms and foliage, displayed for your guests to choose from and arrange into their own take-home bouquets.
It’s a lovely addition to bridal showers, weddings, baby showers, garden parties, and other celebrations — giving guests the chance to slow down, play with flowers, and create something beautiful to take home.
Our Bloom Bar rental includes the flower display, buckets of seasonal blooms and foliage, and the supplies needed for guests to create their own bouquets. Flowers are selected based on what’s growing on the farm and what’s available locally, making each Bloom Bar unique to the season.

How many guests does it serve?
Bloom Bars can be customized based on your guest count. When inquiring, let us know how many guests you’re expecting and we’ll recommend the appropriate amount of flowers.
Do you set up the Bloom Bar?
Yes! Set-up and styling of the Bloom Bar are included in the rental. We’ll have everything ready for your guests to enjoy.

Not at all! The Bloom Bar is designed to be simple and approachable. Guests can choose the flowers they love and create a bouquet that feels like their own.
Can the Bloom Bar be used outdoors?
Yes, provided the setup is in a suitable shaded or protected area. Flowers are sensitive to heat and direct sun, so we recommend choosing a cool location away from harsh afternoon sunlight.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings and events during our busiest summer months. Availability is limited by our seasonal flower supply and event calendar.
