Do I need a ticket?
Yes. Tickets must be purchased in advance to reserve your spot. Each ticket is valid for one participant.
Are tickets refundable or exchangeable?
All U-Pick purchases are final sale. Refunds and exchanges are not available. Tickets may be transferred to another participant of your choice.
What flowers will be available?
Flower varieties change throughout the season and depend on what is blooming at the time of your visit. Availability cannot be guaranteed, but we ensure a beautiful and abundant selection on each U-Pick day.
What should I bring?
We recommend bringing comfortable footwear, and a water bottle. Snips and vases will be provided unless otherwise noted.
What happens if the weather isn’t ideal?
U-Pick events run rain or shine. In the case of severe weather, we will contact ticket holders with updates and alternative U-pick dates.
How long is the U-Pick experience?
Your U-Pick session typically lasts 60–90 minutes, allowing plenty of time to wander the fields, gather your blooms and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
What if I can’t attend my U-Pick session?
If you are unable to attend your scheduled U-Pick, tickets may be transferred to another participant of your choice. Please notify us in advance so we can update our records. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for missed sessions.
Can I take photos?
Yes! We welcome personal photography and encourage you to capture your experience. Professional photography sessions require prior approval.
Are there any rules on the farm?
For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, smoking is strictly prohibited on the property.
