Our Guarantee
We inspect every tuber before shipping. Each tuber is guaranteed to have at least one viable eye. If there are damages from shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We are not responsible for any conditions the tubers are exposed to during storage or growing care once they leave the farm.
Shipping
Due to export restrictions, shipping is available within Canada only. All orders are shipped via Canada Post or Purolator. Dahlia tubers will begin shipping mid to late April, once weather conditions permit and the risk of freezing temperatures has passed. We can not accommodate early shipping requests.
Refunds
Due to the perishable and seasonal nature of dahlia tubers, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. We carefully inspect and package all tubers prior to shipping to ensure quality at the time they leave our farm. Please read terms & conditions.
